Extensive consultations are taking place that will result in the formation of a Bank Corporation in New Zealand. As a result we will offer credit cards, checking and savings accounts, mortgages - everything that a bank offers, but it will be called a Bank Corporation. No more payment processors! This will save fees and the inherent concerns of dealing with a third party financial agent.
Along with this new format will come the elimination of Oceanside's "private offer" as we anticipate that we will be a public company, able to advertise on radio and television. Oceanside will become a household name. With what we have to offer, everyone will be wanting to learn about it.
Members will be rewarded for introducing new members to this banking corporation and will be able to earn commissions or dividends on the the funds they bring to the table.
The passive income potential here will be substantial. This will change lives, create wealth for those who have given up hope and save marriages, homes and futures.
Right now every Oceanside member is in profit. In the over 5 months since Oceanside launched in September 2009, not one shareholder has quit. NOT ONE! Why? Because they are all making money.

BIG changes coming
Oceanside is on the point of launching the new website with a totally new corporate image. If you have been on the webinars in recent weeks, you will have seen some of the new pages and they are very upmarket.
But that is not all that is in the works.
After a great deal of input from shareholders, it has been determined that the mlm component is more hindrance than help, and in the next few months there will be a disconnect from it. Meantime the tiered fee structure has been scrapped and there is just one fee level regardless of your level of involvement.
Other changes are coming that will greatly enhance the income potential of shareholders and put the whole business onto a much more professional footing that will be very attractive to those who have previously been turned off by the mlm element.
We are moving towards becoming a banking corporation and hope that in the fullness of time it will no longer be necessary for Oceanside to be private.
These changes are in the preliminary stages and will take time to complete.

NOTHING can keep Oceanside down!
Recently, ON moved servers and we expected some spotty connections while nameservers were propogating around the world.
But in the midst we have also been assaulted with some DDoS attacks. One fellow, whose name and contact info has been posted on our private forum, pointed the DNS for a game website at ON and created some issues that were extremely irritating.
As of today, however, we are now totally Fortified and Defended with the latest in DDOS technology....and we can all get back to our main objective - watching our money at work for us.

VOLATILE!
The decision to stop trading was a good one!
Apparently the market has been tumultuous and our programmers have told us that it was a good idea to preserve our capital and profit.

Forex Demonstration
The live demonstration on Tuesday 24th of the blackbox system used by the Oceanside Managed Funds division was eyeopening and interesting. This was a serious look at a real, money trading account!
Made all the more exciting by the presence of two significant investors online asking some very probing questions.
Since $250,000 is needed to open a Managed Fund account , these were serious investors whose questions were interesting in that we have not had any quite like that before. The two investors ended the call clearly very impressed with what they learned.
You should know that there are other options aside from a $250K investment - contact me for more information.
In case you do not know, the forex market operates 24 hours a day, for about 5.5 days a week, from Sunday afternoon (PST) to mid afternoon on Fridays.
Since our demonstrations are of live trading in real time, we have to run them during those hours. There is no-one online or offline with this level of transparency or offering demonstrations like this. We expect to routinely offer them 4-5 times a week. In addition, if you register for a specific event, sign on 30-40 minutes early and you will likely find that the blackbox is loaded and available for viewing without sound!
